What do I pay for, exactly?
The supplier's identity. A credit on Basic or Pro opens a distributor's name, contacts, and full live catalog. On a free account, $99 opens one distributor's name and contacts. Everything else, the cost, the stock, the comparison, is free before you decide.
Are these verified wholesale distributors?
Every distributor in our network is verified by a person before going live: business identity, credentials, and catalog data. No ghost listings. And if a supplier you've unlocked has a feed that goes stale, or leaves the platform, within 60 days, your credit comes back automatically.
Can I compare wholesale suppliers for the same product?
That's the point of the search. One result shows every verified distributor in our network carrying the product, with cost and stock side by side. No opening six portals to price one item.
How current is the pricing and stock data?
We index live feeds from verified distributors, not a directory that was last updated who knows when. Every listing carries a freshness timestamp showing when the data was last verified, and if a feed goes stale you see it flagged before you decide, not after.
Can I buy wholesale directly from the supplier?
Yes. Once you unlock a supplier, you deal with the distributor directly and order from them. No broker in the middle, no commission on your orders. You will pay for what you see.
Do I lose my suppliers if I cancel?
No. Every supplier you've unlocked stays yours, with their name and contacts, for as long as you want them. Cancelling pauses live catalog updates and alerts. Resubscribe and everything picks up where it left off.
