Do I need an account to submit a supplier request?
Yes. Requests live inside your dashboard, so you'll need to sign in to reach the Request a Supplier tab. A free account is enough, and creating one takes a minute with no card required.
How much does a supplier request cost?
Submitting a request is free on all plans, including Free, with a limit of ten per month. Once a supplier is onboarded, unlocking works like any listing in the network: one credit on a subscribed plan, or $99 on a free account.
How long does a supplier request take?
Up to 30 days. Some distributors onboard within days, others take weeks of outreach, and some products turn out to have closed distribution. Whatever the outcome, we notify you within 30 days of submitting, by app and email.
What if no supplier can be found?
We close the request and inform you. Some products have restricted or closed distribution, and no platform can change that. You always get an answer from us, not silence.
How do you find an authorized wholesale distributor for my product?
We start with the brand. Our team identifies who the brand authorizes to distribute the product at wholesale, reaches out to them directly, and verifies their business, credentials, and catalog before they go live. You only ever see a supplier we have checked ourselves.
How is this different from a sourcing agent?
A sourcing agent finds a supplier for you and takes a cut of every order. We find the supplier, verify them, and put their real cost and stock in front of you for free. If you unlock them, you deal with the distributor directly, with no commission or middleman, ever.
