B2B Supplier Hub is a wholesale sourcing platform that aggregates verified supplier catalogs — including stock levels, pricing, and MOQs — so that trade buyers can identify and contact suppliers without relying on outdated spreadsheets or unanswered RFQs. We are a directory and discovery tool, not a marketplace; transactions between buyers and suppliers occur directly between those parties.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must use the Platform for legitimate business purposes only.
• If you are registering on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or entity at our sole discretion, including where we believe misuse is occurring.

As a buyer you may:

• Search and browse verified supplier catalogs.
• View live pricing, stock levels, and MOQs.
• Contact suppliers directly via the contact details provided.
• Save searches and favourite supplier profiles.

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download catalog data for redistribution.
• Use contact information obtained through the Platform for unsolicited marketing.
• Misrepresent your identity or purchasing intent to suppliers.

Suppliers are onboarded through a manual review process. By submitting a listing, suppliers warrant that:

• All company information is accurate and up to date.
• Pricing and stock data is genuine and will be kept reasonably current (within the agreed sync cycle).
• They hold the rights to sell all listed products.
• They will not list products that are counterfeit, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful to sell in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these requirements, contains inaccurate data, or is otherwise contrary to the Platform's purpose, without prior notice.

We index supplier data on a best-efforts basis and perform automated quality checks. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing, stock, or product information displayed on the Platform. Stock levels and prices change — always confirm current availability and pricing directly with the supplier before placing an order.

B2B Supplier Hub is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier. We accept no liability for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions concluded between buyers and suppliers.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data on the Platform.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Interfere with the performance or availability of the Platform for other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any other security measures.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

All content on the Platform — including the interface, logos, compiled catalog data, and search infrastructure — is owned by or licensed to B2B Supplier Hub Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission.

Suppliers retain ownership of their own product data and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and index that data on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2B Supplier Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £100.

The Platform integrates third-party services including Clerk (authentication). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

You may close your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability) will do so.

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
