Do I need an account to request a product?
Yes. Product Requests live inside your dashboard, so you'll need to sign in to reach the Requests tab. A free account is enough, and creating one takes a minute with no card required.
How much does a product request cost?
Nothing today. Product requests are free on all plans, including Free, with a limit of ten per month. Any change to this will be announced before it takes effect.
How long does a request take?
There's no fixed timeline, because it depends on the distributor rather than on us. Some onboard within days, others take weeks of outreach, and some products turn out to have closed distribution. We notify you by app and email as soon as the outcome is decided, either way.
What do I get when I reveal or unlock a requested supplier?
A requested product joins the network like any other, and the numbers are free for everyone to see. A reveal shows you the supplier's name. An unlock, on Starter or Pro, gives you the name, direct contacts, and the supplier's full live catalog, covered by the 60-day auto-refund.
What if no supplier can be found?
We close the request and inform you. Some products have restricted or closed distribution, and no platform can change that. You always get an answer from us, not silence.
