You get ten requests a month. You tell us the product, the brand, and a link if you have one. Our team goes and does the outreach to find a verified distributor who carries it. You hear back within 30 days, either way, whether we found someone or not. None of that costs you a cent.
So the request itself is genuinely free. You're not paying us to go looking. You're not paying to find out if the product can even be sourced. That part is on us.
Where the Cost Comes In: Connecting With the Supplier
The request is free. What you pay for is connecting with the supplier once we've found one.
And that's not a special rule for requests. It's how the whole platform works. All the numbers are free to look at, cost, stock, retail price, on every product. What you pay for is the connection, the moment you want the supplier's details so you can reach out. It works the same way for a product you request as for any product already in the network.

What's the difference between the $99 and using an unlock?
Both get you the supplier's name, address, and email. The difference is the catalog: an unlock on a paid plan also opens the supplier's full live catalog, so you can see everything else they carry, while the $99 reveal on the free account gets you the contact details on their own. The $99 also counts toward Basic if you upgrade within 30 days.
